Neha need us feel like we were at home. The family lives there on the top floor. The staff was also very responsive and helpful. Great home style cooking. Very reasonable room rates, good value. We would be very happy to stay here again if we visit Narkanda in future.

A small hotel with the family actively involved in running it. The regular room is small but clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is off the main road and during peak winters the snow doesn't allow for cars to go up to the hotel - that said they send a boy to pick up the luggage and it is not that far a walk. It is close to the Ski slopes about 7-10 minutes walk in the snow. Things to watch out for during peak winter - the water freezes in the pipes and they provide water by the buckets - not the end of the world but need to get used to it. The room heater was not adequate,I stayed during Jan, a day after the snowfall and it was pretty cold in the room despite the heater Had dinner and breakfast - very tasty dinner and highly recommend. For the price it is a very good deal and in summers it probably is a no brainer to choose this place

Near to 🎿 point , near to bus stop, Very nice, small property but centrally located with valley facing rooms with balcony. Very neat, clean, Bathrooms were clean with gyser providee. The service boy Narender was on his toes to making our stay very comfortable. the balcony view.... excellent

Stayed for 2 nights at the Sara Hotel- Narkanda in the end of December with family. It is a small property centrally located with excellent valley facing rooms with balcony. Very neat, clean and hygienic. Bathrooms were clean with running hot water. The staff at the counter ms Neha and mr Chouhan were very cooperative. The service boy Narender was on his toes and didn’t deny us any facility that we asked for in our 2 days of stay making our stay exceptionally comfortable. Food was excellent. Overall a very very satisfying experience. Would definitely visit again and recommend. The view from the balcony was also excellent
